Known Bugs

  • Cannot create encoder object, quit. If you see this error and have tried everything suggested in the FAQ, this error could have been caused by a bug in the software which prevents the software from getting the right "recording region". If you see this error, please send your system configuration (for example, are you using dual monitors, etc.) to support. This bug will be fixed. (Thanks to Matt Dale)

    1. In Options, users decide whether or not to show a flashing rectangle when recording a region from the screen. The default value is on.
    2. Help window is now a modal dialog of the main window, so is the options windows.

    4. Support for external tools: users can now setup viewing or editing tools. After data is captured, these tools are automatically started to open the captured data.
    5. Left-click tray icon once opens the main window, Left-click twice opens the options window
    6. Now, screen master remembers your last capture action, so that the next time you open the main window, the working mode is set to the most recently used mode.
