Known Bugs
- Cannot create encoder object, quit. If you see this error and have
tried everything suggested in the FAQ,
this error could have been caused by a bug in the software
which prevents the software from getting the right "recording region".
If you see this error, please send your
system configuration (for example, are you using dual monitors, etc.)
to support. This bug will be fixed. (Thanks to Matt Dale)
